1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Mirrux website (mirrux.com) or software ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Mirrux is a Windows application that enables a computer to receive wireless screen connections via AirPlay and Miracast protocols. The Service includes the Mirrux software, license management, and the mirrux.com website.

3. License and Usage

License grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Mirrux software on the number of devices specified by your plan.

License restrictions

  • You may not sublicense, sell, resell, or distribute the software
  • You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
  • You may not circumvent or tamper with license activation mechanisms
  • You may not use the software for any unlawful purpose
  • Each license key may be activated on the number of devices specified by your plan; exceeding this limit requires additional licenses

License tiers

  • Personal — $14.99/year per device, for individual use
  • Business — $29.99/year per device, for commercial and organizational use
  • Education — $9.99/year per device, for verified educational institutions
  • Enterprise — custom pricing for large-scale deployments

4. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Licenses are billed annually on a per-device basis through Stripe
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support
  • Upon cancellation, your license remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice; existing subscriptions will renew at the new price at their next renewal date

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with Mirrux, contact [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are provided at our discretion.

6. Compatibility and Performance

Mirrux is designed for Windows 10 and Windows 11 computers. Wireless display functionality depends on your device's hardware capabilities, network environment, and the compatibility of sending devices. We do not guarantee compatibility with all devices or network configurations. You are responsible for verifying compatibility for your specific environment.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with Mirrux are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use our trademarks or branding without prior written permission, except as necessary to identify the software in normal use.

8. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your license keys
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your license keys or account

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license if you violate these Terms of Service, including but not limited to: circumventing license restrictions, sharing license keys publicly, or using the software for unlawful purposes. Upon termination, your right to use the software ceases immediately.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mirrux and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
